Increased COVID protocols at the US Naval Academy and travel restrictions have made it necessary to turn the Annual Off-Site into a Virtual Meeting on the same dates: Thursday, October 7th and Friday, October 8th, 2021 from 1000 – 1200 EST each day via Zoom.

ASSA is honored to announce that The Honorable Carlos Del Toro, Secretary of the Navy, has been invited to address members during the Annual VIRTUAL Conference. The Honorable Jesse Salazar, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Industrial Policy) will also address our members. Members will receive an update from Ron O’Rourke, Specialist in Naval Affairs with the Congressional Research Service and Eric Labs, Senior Analyst with Naval Forces & Weapons at the Congressional Budget Office.

The full agenda for the two-day session and the registration form are below. Members do not need to register and there is no fee to attend as a benefit of membership. However, sponsorship opportunities are available to member companies. Members will receive a Zoom link prior to the meetings for virtual access.

The ASSA Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday (via Zoom), October 6th at 1000 EST. The Board wants to hear from you as we plan the program of work for 2022. So please send in your recommendations to tishwilliams.assa@gmail.comor directly to a member of the Board.
