Plans are underway now for the upcoming Annual Off-Site Conference for members and guests of the American Shipbuilding Suppliers Association (ASSA). Below you will find a registration form to complete and return before Friday, September 24th. Here is what you need to do to make your reservation at the Navy Lodge: -Call 410-757-7900 and take the Front Desk Option. -Inform the staff you are calling in for a group reservation under ASSA arriving 10/6/21. -Provide your name, arrival/departure date and method of payment. They will send you a confirmation email and provide a confirmation number. We are being sponsored under the name of Chris Cikanovich, US Navy, Rank: Commander 05, Retired. The board has identified several outstanding speakers they want to invite to meet with us and we are working to confirm these now. We have invited the Secretary of the Navy, The Honorable Carlos Del Toro, to address ASSA on Friday, October 8th. We have confirmed Ron O’Rourke, Specialist in Naval Affairs, Congressional Research Service and Eric Labs,Senior Analyst, Naval Forces & Weapons at CBO to meet with us on October 7th. And we are working to confirm our other featured speakers. We will keep you posted as these speakers are confirmed.

We have arranged to have a guest list at the gate so that all of our members who are registered in advance should be able to drive on site to attend the meetings at the Officer’s Club.
